Calculation plate reinforcement XFEM4U

A reinforcement calculation method has been implemented in XFEM4U that calculates the required reinforcement according to the latest scientific findings. It is an extended version of so-called 3-layer model. An article on this was published in Cement in 2021 where this method is described.

This method also correctly calculates the required shear force reinforcement.
