Translated from Dutch

A new release (version 3.04) of our 2D frame program XFrame2d is available.

The most important changes:

Elastic soil

It is possible to specify an elastic soil per member. The elastic soil is modelled as a series of springs that can only take positive reactions. Any "lift-off" is therefore also taken into account.

Dividing members

Members are automatically divided into sub-members when nodes are found on the member.

Lateral torsional buckling distances

The distances between lateral supports for lateral torsional buckling can be specified separately for the top flange and the bottom flange.

See the release notes for an overview of all changes.

Every check names its clause and shows the values that went in.
