    Program and version

    For example XFEM4U, with the version number the program shows.

  2. 2.2

    Windows version

    For example Windows 11, 64-bit.

  3. 2.3

    Your Struct4uKey

    The key you sign in with. Never send your password.

  4. 2.4

    What happened

    What you did, what you expected and what the program did instead, step by step. Copy any error message word for word, or add a screenshot.

  5. 2.5

    The model file

    Attach the model (.xfem .xfr2 .xbe2 .xcst) if you can share it.

  6. 2.6

    A result you doubt

    The value you expected, how you got it (a hand calculation, a textbook, another program) and the value the program gives.

Did XFEM4U crash? It can send us an automatic crash report. Tell us roughly when it happened, so we can find it.

Check that you have the latest version.

A newer release may already fix it. Each release comes with release notes in English and Dutch.
