The most important new feature:
1. New Struct4U logo and icon's
Struct4U has a new logo. The program icons have also been renewed. There will also be a new website soon.
2. New Load generator
At the request of many customers, we have added a load generator that allows you to generate all wind loads and snow loads according to the Eurocode. You actually draw all the outer panels (shells) in the same way as you enter surface loads. And then you start the load generator. As you know, especially the wind loads according to Eurocode are complicated and certainly a lot of work. Think about all those wind zones in the roof plane in all those situations. Manually, that's almost impossible to do. Our new load generator does all that for you with just a few clicks.
3. New XFEM4U viewer
Our customers have frequently asked. "Can you also make a free viewer?". And that viewer is now there.
Installing this new release automatically installs XFEM4U-viewer in addition to XFEM4U. The use of XFEM4U-viewer is completely free! The viewer has exactly the same functionality as XFEM4U. Only you cannot save the model or create a PDF/ RTF output.
The big advantage for you is of course that when you send your input (*.xfem) to your client, he can view your model himself with this viewer and see all results. And the great thing is: It costs you and your client absolutely nothing. Your client does have to register once.
