The most important new features:
1. Surface loads
It is possible now to enter surface loads. All beam loads are automatically generated from these surface loads. With this new feature you can enter the loads on your construction even easier and above all faster. You can choose between 4-sided or 2-sided load bearing directions. Global projective loads such as snow and live loads can also be entered. It can be set per beam whether the beam is "surface load bearing" or not.
It is very easy to enter a surface load.
All generated beam loads can be displayed. See images below.
2. Intersections of beams
With the new function (right mouse menu) "Determine intersections of beams" you can determine intersections of the selected beams. Nodes are created at the intersections.
With XFrame3d you have a powerful tool at your disposal with which you can dimension your 3D construction real fast.
