The most important new features:
1. New Masonry walls subjected to vertical loading
With this module you can quickly and easily test a two- or multi-sided supported load-bearing masonry wall. The test is according to clause 5.5.1 Masonry walls subjected to vertical loading of the Eurocode.
The drawing is interactive as you are used to from us. The input is therefore fast and you see exactly how your wall including loads has been entered. The picture will be inserted automatically in the output as well. This is not only convenient for you but also for the controlling structural engineer.
No 'black-box' calculation but a clear output with written out EN 1996 formulas. The calculation can therefore also be checked manually and gives you more insight into which factors are decisive.
2. New Walls subjected to concentrated loads
With this module you can quickly and easily test a bearing on masonry. The test is according to art. 6.1.3 Walls subjected to concentrated loads of the Eurocode.
3. New Look-and-feel
The user interface has a new look and feel. Modern and functional. We are now using the new "skin" which renders its elements with vectors. This means resolution independence and sharp rendering on Hi-DPI displays. This is not only nice to work with but also less tiring. It is also possible to set the colours yourself. All to make the user-friendliness of the software even better.
